Here at Stoneflower, the emphasis is on community. All are welcome. Our goal is to give you the best service possible in the most inviting environment we can provide, and we aim to please. We have an excellent wine list, feature five local breweries, and make the great majority of our sauces, crackers, breads, and condiments from scratch. Many of our ingredients are sourced from local purveyors, and we feature their produce, mushrooms, microgreens, eggs, & bread in our market. We do everything we can to support their success. When you choose to spend your money here, it is reinvested in Fort Collins, and that matters. Thank you for choosing to join us. WHAT’S A STONEFLOWER?
Most stoneflowers are small flowering lichens and moss found growing upon, unsurprisingly, stones. Our stoneflower, however, is different. Our stoneflower is literally a flower, the purple thistle, growing out of a stone. The stone is our foundation, the combined successes of three restaurateurs, and our knowledge and support base. The flower is our growth into this new venture. We chose a thistle because thistles are beautiful, but prickly, and they grow in times and in places of great adversity, just as we plan to do.
